Brewers Community Foundation Public Space Award for the creation or use of public space that contributes significantly to the overall well-being of the community.

Alice’s Garden, a two-acre parcel located in Lindsay Heights, supports 91 family gardens and a variety of programs including yoga, youth programs and community pot lucks.

Silver City Townhomes

State Farm Insurance Building Blocks Award for a real estate project that contributes significantly to the enhancement of the community.

The Silver City Townhomes, 20 rent-to-own townhomes with environmental design, on-site sports courts, and close to family amenities, are located at West Pierce Street and S.35th Street. The rent-to-own complex was developed by Layton Boulevard West Neighbors (LBWN) and Wisconsin Redevelopment.

Harris Bank Cornerstone Award for a long-standing commitment that demonstrates persistence and effectiveness over time.

Thrivent Builds Neighborhoods, a Thrivent Financial for Lutherans' Project in Partnership with Habitat for Humanity, featured a $1 million commitment and thousands of volunteer hours invested in the north side Harambee neighborhood.
