Blight Collaborative: The Blight Collaborative meets monthly to review progress on demolition, rehabilitation and clean-up and to plan the next strategic steps. The collaborative approach has all the stakeholders at the table to identify demolition, rehabilitation and clean-up resources available.  

Greater Downtown Council: The Greater Downtown Council is dedicated to the development and promotion of a healthy and exciting downtown. The Greater Downtown Council and Duluth LISC were principle partners of the 2005 East Downtown, Hillside and Waterfront Charrette and the subsequent assessment, the Duluth Creative Corridor, released in 2012.

Duluth Economic Development Authority: The mission of the Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA) is to drive economic prosperity in the city of Duluth. DEDA is an important partner in Duluth LISC's  efforts to stimulate local economic activity in the At Home in Duluth neighborhoods and citywide. DEDA staff serve on the At Home Economic Development Committee and we coordinate on plan and project implementation that meets DEDA and Duluth LISC's missions of helping our community to prosper. 2011-2012 DEDA Update; DEDA Storefront Loan guidelines and application.

City of Duluth Community Development: The City of Duluth's Community Development Division is a member of the At Home in Duluth Core Group. As such, they are instrumental in the creation and implementation of the Neighborhood Revitalization Plans. In addition, we assist in the annual review of Community Development Block Grant priorities and allocations. CDBG is a major funder of the Duluth at Work Initiative. 

City of Duluth Business and Economic Development: We work with the City of Duluth Business and Economic Development particularly on issues related to reuse of industrial sites, and the remediation and restoration of the St. Louis River Corridor.

St. Louis County Housing and Homelessness Services: St. Louis County is a member of the Affordable Housing Coalition. We work with the county on projects related to implementation of their Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness and Safe and Walkable Neighborhoods.

Minnesota Housing: Minnesota Housing offers products and services to help Minnesotans buy and fix up homes and supports the development and preservation of affordable rental housing by offering financing and on-going asset management of affordable rental housing developments. Since 2000, Minnesota Housing has invested over $17 million in Duluth in partnership with Duluth LISC and the At Home in Duluth Collaborative, leading to the preservation, rehabilitation and development of 812 units of affordable housing.
