Increased Investment



CSI projects throughout the country have demonstrated that collaboration between community stakeholders and police yields increased investment, often in the form of new housing developments, businesses and other economic assets that replace crime hot spots and blighted properties. Since 1999, CSI projects have secured and facilitated over $6.2 million in private investment, which in turn has paved the way for more than $263 million in commercial and residential real estate development.
